Application URL required

This function requires that an application URL is registered for the API user.

Adds a device to IoT Creators project of the API user.

Serialnumber of the device. IMPORTANT: **The serialnumber needs to be prefixed with "IMEI:".

For UDP the protocol has to be set to HTTP.
